What you will do

• Plan and implement BI-DWH service delivery models to ensure high availability and quality.
• Monitor IT service performance and ensure adherence to established methodologies and procedures.
• Manage SLAs and serve as the primary escalation point for business users and management.
• Lead major incident resolution, including stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews.
• Conduct capacity planning to align data services with business growth.
• Manage IT operations teams and participate in departmental budgeting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or IT Operations within BI/DWH or data platforms.
• Proven experience managing teams of at least 5 employees.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Azure Databricks, BI reporting tools, and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and data lakehouse concepts.
• High level of written and spoken Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality reporting.

Nice to have

• IT Service Management certification.
• Azure Databricks or Microsoft certifications.
• Experience in the financial sector and FinOps awareness.
