TL;DR
Senior Service Delivery Consultant (Fintech): Maintaining and optimizing client installations of the Data Management Solution with an accent on technical support and service improvement. Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for client installations of the Data Management Solution.
- Maintain client installations and identify specific projects for technical improvements.
- Analyze and resolve complex product issues within defined SLAs using product domain knowledge.
- Handle client service requests, including ad-hoc reports and license renewals.
- Collaborate with developers to provide optimal business and technical solutions.
- Drive the transition of clients from bespoke solutions to standard configurations.
Requirements
- Experience operating standard applications in the financial sector and diagnosing errors.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, XML/XSL, JSON/YAML, and PowerShell scripting.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in Mexico City for the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Experience in L2 or L3 application support within a large IT department or operational team.
- Knowledge of cloud operations, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Basic business understanding of Financial Data Management (reference data, portfolio pricing, corporate actions).
