What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for Local and Global Product Lines regarding the delivery of services within your perimeter.
- Manage the complete service lifecycle, including technical analysis, concept definition, design costing, and production deployment.
- Oversee SLA/OLA reviews and ensure strict adherence to security and compliance requirements.
- Lead the local Change Advisory Board (CAB) and coordinate changes through national and international governance bodies.
- Coordinate incident and problem resolution to restore services and implement mid-term fixes.
- Perform capacity planning based on business trends and identify new service opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in informatics or a related technical discipline.
- French language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory for interacting with major French banking clients.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on an international scale.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of IT standards such as PCI DSS, ISO, and ISAE 3402.
- Technical background in networks, system engineering, or database administration is an asset.
