What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of core banking modules, managing timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to provide solution recommendations aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Manage project teams and foster collaboration to ensure high-performance delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee integrations with middleware, APIs, third-party systems, and banking platforms.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, security standards, and Islamic Shariah principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, including 2+ years within the financial sector.
• Proven experience in implementing and deploying core banking system modules.
• Strong background in handling compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• In-depth knowledge of SAMA regulations.
