What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of core banking modules, managing timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to provide solution recommendations aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Manage project teams and foster collaboration to ensure high-performance delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee integrations with middleware, APIs, third-party systems, and banking platforms.
- Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, security standards, and Islamic Shariah principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, including 2+ years within the financial sector.
- Proven experience in implementing and deploying core banking system modules.
- Strong background in handling compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- In-depth knowledge of SAMA regulations.
