What you will do

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns and operational downtime.
• Perform root-cause analysis to investigate equipment failures and line stoppages.
• Repair and maintain industrial production machinery, including inspection, assembly, and disassembly.
• Manage work orders and spare parts inventory using the company's maintenance documentation program.
• Inspect equipment to ensure conformance with operational and safety performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modify maintenance activities based on performance reports.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule.
• 2-4 years of experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs and work from heights or in confined spaces.
• Ability to qualify to wear a full-face respirator.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
