Salary: $34.00 - $44.00 per hour

What you will do
- Facilitate maintenance work requests and prioritize assignments for the team.
- Communicate equipment status, breakdowns, and repair timelines to production and management.
- Conduct shift-start and shift-end meetings to coordinate priorities, training, and troubleshooting updates.
- Perform hands-on maintenance work and lead by example in safety and manufacturing practices.
- Manage inventory control and initiate purchase orders for necessary parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to improve machine performance and operational conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or training program.
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and industrial/manufacturing environments.
- 2-5 years of experience with electrical controls.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience managing a small team.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing operation.
Nice to have
- Experience with PLC systems.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
- Basic Microsoft Office suite skills.
