Lead Software Engineer (EDA)

What you will do

• Develop mixed-signal circuit simulation technologies and solutions for the Spectre AMS Designer platform.
• Work on R&D projects such as AMS Virtuoso flow development.
• Perform mixed-signal circuit debugging and modeling improvements.
• Advance state-of-the-art simulation capabilities across multiple R&D initiatives.
• Collaborate with a distributed software engineering team and communicate technical progress.

Requirements

• Minimum MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• C/C++ software development experience in a Linux environment.
• Strong understanding and extensive usage of data structures and algorithms.
• Highly technical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed software engineering team.

Nice to have

• MS or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience using AI/ML for EDA.
• Experience with hirify.global Spectre, Xcelium, Virtuoso, Verisium, or other EDA tools.
• Knowledge of analog design and HDL language.
• Experience with SKILL (hirify.global programming language) and OpenAccess.
• GUI coding experience (e.g., Qt).
• Good English communication skills (verbal and writing).
