Software Engineer, C++ - Graduate Opportunity (High-Frequency Trading)

What you will do

• Design and implement high-frequency trading platforms that collect quotes and trades and disseminate orders to exchanges worldwide.
• Optimize trading systems through network programming, systems programming, and other low-latency techniques.
• Develop access systems for live and historical market data and trading simulations.
• Create tools to analyze market data patterns.
• Build risk-management and performance-tracking tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Internship experience with C++ development, preferably in a trading environment.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++.
• Knowledge of high-throughput systems and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of Linux and networking, including TCP/IP and UDP.
• Knowledge of Python and shell scripting.
