What you will do

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment including POS, self-service checkouts, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer incidents to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage site preparation, including cabling, staging, and testing of new equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory and detailed reporting of service activities.
  • Participate in flexible shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • Must hold a clean driving license
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and basic Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in PC hardware maintenance, including servers, routers, and switches
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime
