What you will do
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of repair and calibration technicians.
- Oversee repair and calibration processes to ensure timely (OTD) and accurate service delivery.
- Manage weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and ensure delivery targets are met.
- Implement quality assurance procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and accreditation requirements, such as ISO17025.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical equipment repair and calibration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- German language is a must.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
