What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of security architecture strategies and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Define and evolve security architecture frameworks and patterns using SABSA principles.
• Review and guide designs across the organization to ensure alignment with security and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement security technologies and promote secure-by-design principles.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to leadership, translating complex risks into actionable insights.
• Contribute to the refinement of security policies and standards to strengthen organizational maturity.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in information security, including at least 4 years as an Enterprise Security Architect.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, client/server systems, and cloud security across multiple providers.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and SABSA.
• Proven ability to perform threat modeling and develop architecture documentation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• CISSP certification.
• SABSA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
