Security Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead security architecture strategies, roadmaps, reference models, frameworks, standards, and patterns across enterprise and product environments.
• Oversee architectural governance by reviewing designs for security, regulatory, and operational alignment.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to evaluate and implement security technologies and secure-by-design practices.
• Advise leadership and senior stakeholders by translating complex risks into clear, actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional security initiatives and continuously improve security capabilities against evolving threats.
• Contribute to security policies, standards, and guidelines that strengthen organizational maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• 10–12 years of information security experience, including at least 4 years as an Enterprise Security Architect.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, client/server architecture, and cloud security across multiple cloud providers.
• Experience with security technologies, standards, and frameworks including NIST; experience with threat modeling and architecture documentation.
• Ability to communicate security risks to technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate across geographically dispersed teams.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CISSP or SABSA certification.
• Familiarity with the SABSA security architecture framework.
