TL;DR
Sr. Cyber Security Engineer (Enterprise, Cloud, and AI Security): Developing and maintaining security solutions across enterprise, cloud, AI, IAM, and hybrid environments with an accent on governance, risk and compliance, identity protection, and emerging technologies. Focus on threat modeling, vulnerability management, incident response, security architecture, and strengthening protection across R&D environments.
Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, or one of 's locations in France

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and maintain security solutions across enterprise, cloud, AI, IAM, and hybrid environments.
- Support GRC activities, including risk assessments, control validation, policy alignment, audits, and security framework adoption.
- Partner with IT, R&D, engineering, and business teams to identify risks and recommend practical security improvements.
- Conduct security reviews for R&D initiatives, AI-enabled systems, applications, platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to threat modeling, vulnerability management, incident response, identity governance, and access control improvements.
- Develop security standards, architecture patterns, documentation, and roadmap inputs while providing technical leadership and mentoring.
Requirements
- Strong experience in cybersecurity engineering, enterprise security, cloud security, IAM, GRC, or infrastructure security.
- Expert knowledge of AI security, identity and access management, network security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, SOC 2, or related security frameworks.
- Ability to communicate security risks and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting research, engineering, or technology-driven environments.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GSEC, GIAC, AWS Security, or Azure Security.
