Senior Modernization Engineer (AI): Building and deploying autonomous AI agents and multi-agent ecosystems for enterprise customers with an accent on agentic architectures, LLM integration, and real-world performance optimization. Focus on delivering end-to-end production-ready AI solutions, collaborating within a triad delivery model, and driving measurable business outcomes through hands-on engineering and consultative engagement.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Wroclaw, Poland (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Design and build autonomous agents using LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents into enterprise applications, APIs, and workflows to drive automation.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from initial scoping and prototyping to production deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with researchers, engineers, and product teams to refine agent behavior.
- Implement observability, security guardrails, and performance monitoring for scalable AI systems.
- Capture field intelligence and document best practices to inform the evolution of core AI platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Must be based in or able to work from Wroclaw, Poland.
- Hands-on experience with Python and frontend technologies like TypeScript and React.
- Proven experience building AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.
Nice to have
- Experience with knowledge graphs and vector databases.
- Familiarity with reinforcement learning or multi-agent coordination mechanisms.
- Experience with observability tools like LangSmith or Langfuse.
