Product Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Munich or Warsaw

What you will do

• Define and build the UX for delegating, steering, correcting, and overseeing AI employees.
• Ship user-facing product features end to end across frontend, backend, and deployment.
• Build experiences for Slack, Teams, and upcoming web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Own onboarding and time-to-value from installation to the first successful outcome.
• Analyze user friction after launch and improve activation, retention, and conversion.
• Talk to users, shape problems, prioritize work, and deliver polished product experiences.

Requirements

• Experience shipping a real product used by real people and owning it end to end.
• Ability to move across frontend, backend, and deployment work.
• Strong product discovery, UX judgment, prioritization, and customer-outcome ownership.
• High attention to detail, including empty states, microcopy, spacing, and edge cases.
• Experience building with AI tooling and using agentic coding in daily work.
• Ability to work on-site in Munich or Warsaw.

• Founded a company or worked as an early-stage builder.
• Shipped a product with meaningful users, revenue, downloads, or market traction.
• Demonstrated impact on activation, retention, or conversion with before-and-after results.
