What you will do

• Supervise and control complex networks, applications, and distributed systems.
• Perform batch operations in accordance with established service agreements.
• Analyze first-level system issues and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Route and resolve technical incidents to ensure high service availability.
• Develop and refine support system management processes based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in IT operations.
• Proficiency with operating systems including Windows or macOS.
• Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging tools.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to work in inclusive, diverse teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Tseung Kwan O.

Nice to have

• Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
• Understanding of basic networking principles.
