What you will do

• Build comprehensive working knowledge of internal trading-related systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions and enhancements.
• Respond to and resolve alerts, queries, and incidents raised by trading teams.
• Support onboarding of new accounts and complete setup in relevant trading systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and procedures.
• Assist with system automation and document/review technical procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of trading infrastructure and application support experience (ideally from a buy-side background).
• Strong technical skills and interest in Python and Linux.
• Good understanding of financial products.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with colleagues across locations.
• Detail-oriented problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines and pressure.
• Advanced STEM degree is preferred.
