What you will do

• Lead architecture and solution design for strategic customer engagements, including executive presentations and technical workshops.
• Drive technical strategy and solution positioning for AI networking, data center, campus, and cloud opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Systems Engineering team across China, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Partner with Sales leadership to translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-value architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to advocate for regional market needs and customer requirements.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and contribute to technical thought leadership through white papers and blogs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in networking, systems engineering, or solution architecture in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading or mentoring Systems Engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in data center networking, routing, switching, overlays (VXLAN/EVPN), and AI networking.
• Strong experience in pre-sales engagements, including technical discovery, POCs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Native Mandarin and business English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced industry certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, ACE-5/6/7, or equivalent.
• Experience with network automation and orchestration tools like Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with telemetry, observability, and network analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting AI infrastructure, hyperscale cloud, or large-scale enterprise data centers.
