What you will do

• Provide advanced pre- and post-sales support for SD-WAN and networking deployments.
• Review customer network designs and recommend deployment best practices.
• Lead migrations and interconnectivity between multi-vendor environments.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and in-depth testing to validate solution designs.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers, TAC, and product engineering teams.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to customer and partner teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin required.
• Minimum 5+ years of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience.
• Expert knowledge of Ethernet, BGP, VxLAN, EVPN, and leaf-spine architecture.
• Proven experience with VeloCloud solutions and SASE integration.
• Strong presentation and selling skills for complex technical material.
• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical background.

Nice to have

• Network Industry Certification (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, ACE).
• Experience building network automation using Python and Ansible.
• Strong writing skills for creating technical white papers and solution guides.
• MBA or MS degree.
