What you will do

• Recruit and retain quality financial talent through personal networks and community relationships.
• Support and coach new financial advisors in their first year to launch successful practices.
• Drive market growth and brand awareness by building local community relationships.
• Manage and engage candidates through the selection, licensing, and onboarding process.
• Collaborate with matrix partners to develop future team leaders.
• Monitor budget parameters and manage area investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry focusing on attracting and hiring talent.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• State insurance licenses in life, health, and variable lines.
• Proven track record of delivering solid sales results and purpose-based advice.
• Must have own vehicle and flexibility to travel up to 50% within the area.
• Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
