What you will do

• Manage purchase requisitions and PO receipts within internal systems.
• Process supplier invoices and organize data using spreadsheets.
• Perform basic cost calculations utilizing supplier pricing tools.
• Maintain and upload critical documentation in shared repositories.
• Create and submit invoice request forms using internal templates.
• Support the team with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional written and verbal communication.
• Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to meet deadlines within a part-time schedule.
