Regional Field Collection Manager (Fintech)

Location: Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia; responsibility for East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara

What you will do

• Manage collection operations across East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara.
• Liaise with the Collection Head and senior management on operational matters.
• Review collection processes, policies, and team performance through data-driven analysis and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, Sales, Collection Support, Anti Fraud, and Business Intelligence functions.
• Review operational budgets and balance collection costs, credit losses, and profitability.
• Set staffing plans, resource allocation, KPIs, targets, and operational capacity requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Collection Operations Manager or in an equivalent position.
• At least 3 years of proven organizational and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis, performance metrics, and operational metrics.
• Persistence, self-management, multitasking ability, and strong decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing consumer lending products such as credit cards, KTA, motorcycle loans, or consumer durable loans.
• Experience working for a multi-finance company.
