- Drive merchant acquiring business across sectors including supermarkets, pharmacies, and hospitality.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve regional sales goals.
- Manage and lead the regional Merchant Acquisition team to ensure profitable growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Provide regular market trend analysis and competitor feedback to management.
- Facilitate the management of POS terminals, including retrieval from inactive partners.
Требования
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in the Merchant business.
- Proven experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- Strong ability to motivate and lead Sales Managers.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of success.
- Must possess an Android phone.
