What you will do

• Define and execute a holistic growth strategy for the Web3 ecosystem, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Lead user operations using data-driven methodologies such as segmentation, lifecycle management, and campaign distribution.
• Identify emerging Web3 narratives and industry trends to craft effective content and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive ToB ecosystem partnerships by leading commercial negotiations with protocols, projects, and communities.
• Plan and execute global online and offline events to drive brand awareness and user scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations or growth experience in Crypto/Web3.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 industry ecosystem, including infra providers, VCs, and DApps.
• Proven ability to drive ToB partnerships and commercial negotiations.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, and reading).
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to independently manage complex projects.
