What you will do

• Execute and monitor day-to-day tactical operations for market-specific and regional testing roadmaps.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation using tools like Jira and Asana.
• Generate and disseminate clear performance reports on experimentation outcomes and regional insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and localisation units.
• Configure and implement experimentation platforms, analytics suites, and CDPs for audience segmentation.
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to regional deployments and technical setups.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
• Proven experience in project coordination and managing complex, multi-market initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of A/B testing principles and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements and experiment statuses to diverse stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on ROI tracking and data-driven decision-making.
