What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development and maintenance to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and curriculum teams to design engaging, learner-centric course outlines.
• Gather and document detailed requirements for curriculum content, functionality, and user experience.
• Develop and execute plans to deliver product elements on time and within budget.
• Monitor KPIs related to learner outcomes and product usage to drive data-informed decisions.
• Support the sales and delivery teams with the rollout and adoption of new curriculum products.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the tech or startup sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, product design, and iterative development processes.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with technical collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and learner management systems.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Git version control.
• Familiarity or interest in the EdTech sector, including apprenticeships, bootcamps, or MOOCs.
