What you will do

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the Trust Infra team, leading engineers through complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to define technical constraints and project roadmaps.

• Support system availability by creating metrics, monitoring services, and participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience designing and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Proven track record of developing highly available distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes resource management, Helm charts, and security-focused workloads.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
