What you will do

• Build and deploy autonomous multi-agent systems using frameworks like AutoGen and LangGraph.
• Engineer robust data ingestion pipelines and implement advanced retrieval techniques like Graph RAG.
• Design prompt engineering strategies and monitor LLM performance metrics to ensure clinical safety.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to transition AI models into high-concurrency production environments.
• Maintain MLOps pipelines with secure containerization and CI/CD integration.
• Mentor junior developers and establish technical documentation and code quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Software Engineering with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Deep expertise in Python and backend system development.
• Proven experience deploying Agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangChain) in production.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Graph RAG and complex document parsing.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards like FHIR.
• Background in system design patterns, microservices, and infrastructure as code.
