What you will do

• Develop and execute visually compelling concepts that align with brand vision.

• Oversee department activities, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.
• Push creative boundaries by leveraging industry knowledge and innovative design trends.
• Contribute to new business development and brand strategy for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state and product science.
• Proven DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
