Salary: $100,000 – $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and collaborate with office leadership to set the vision, business strategy, and engagement plans for a portfolio of healthcare accounts.
• Manage and achieve profitability goals while overseeing investments to ensure strategic focus on ROI.
• Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships to foster organic business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage the hirify.global Health and WPP network resources.
• Contribute actively to the creative process and provide strategic guidance on multi-channel campaigns.
• Mentor and develop direct reports while cultivating the capability of the broader client team.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in large-agency interactive, traditional marketing, or client-side roles.
• Proven experience leading pharmaceutical or health accounts (HCP and/or DTC).
• Deep understanding of the health communications landscape and associated regulatory processes.
• Demonstrated success in managing business financials, profitability, and team leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving innovation in multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
