Salary: $180,000 - $228,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive O&M Service Business performance across safety, finance, and technical metrics (Electrical, Mechanical, PLC).
• Manage customer relationships and ensure rigorous execution of service contracts.
• Oversee the regional cost center, including budget development and income state performance.
• Manage 3rd party service vendors and track performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead internal and external Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
• Develop and deploy asset management strategies for customer energy storage assets.

Requirements

• Undergraduate technical degree (e.g., BSEE, BSME, BSCE, Chemistry, Physics, Math).
• 10+ years of experience in electric utility or independent power producer (generation/operations).
• Proven track record of leading and improving safety efforts in operational settings.
• Experience with income statement responsibility and budget development.
• Proficiency with SAP (or equivalent), SCADA, and MODBUS.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
