Field Service Engineer (Mechanical)

What you will do

• Perform installation, start-up, commissioning, and testing of hirify.global equipment at customer sites.
• Provide technical assistance, training, and after-sales services throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Evaluate and test equipment performance based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
• Troubleshoot automation systems, HMI, and electrical plants following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and report equipment non-conformities and submit detailed technical reports.
• Coach junior colleagues on on-site behavior, technical activities, and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Field Service (installation, assembly, and mechanical troubleshooting).
• Deep knowledge of Filling Machines, Blow Molders, or high-speed packaging lines.
• Proficiency in reading complex mechanical drawings, pneumatics, hydraulics, and precision components.
• Full availability for international travel (up to 90% of the time).
• Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish proficiency.
