What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair security screening equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct operator-level training for end users to ensure correct equipment usage.
• Manage repair parts cycle time and maintain comprehensive field service logs and documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers and collaborate with senior FSEs and Product Specialists.
• Participate in site surveys, pilot programs, and high-visibility special projects.
• Analyze field support data to recommend product modifications or improvements.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 2-3 years of experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Practical experience with Hydraulics and Air-conditioning systems.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
• Ability to travel at short notice and possess a valid credit card for travel expenses.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to have
