What you will do

• Install, commission, and start up systems at customer sites worldwide.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of high-tech equipment.
• Support qualification activities (IQ/OQ) in regulated environments.
• Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance.
• Act as the technical interface to customers and prepare detailed service reports.
• Provide field feedback to support continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Technical education in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Experience in service, machine building, or industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% internationally.
• Good English skills.
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within the pharma or biotech industry.
• Proficiency in German.
