What you will do

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and post-sales follow-up for customers.
• Conduct field surveys and customer visits to identify improvement and standardization opportunities.
• Prepare dimensional and General Arrangement (GA) drawings in compliance with design standards.
• Supervise and perform installation and commissioning of mechanical seals, couplings, and lubrication systems.
• Carry out inspections, diagnostics, and failure analysis to issue technical recommendations.
• Deliver technical and techno-commercial training to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Applications Engineer.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical seals and seal support systems.
• Knowledge of centrifugal/positive displacement pumps and centrifugal compressors.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Must be based in Mexico.
