What you will do

• Lead the global finance function, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, compliance, and investor relations.
• Own the quality and logic of core financial models for forecasting, M&A evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
• Drive annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and performance reporting processes across all business units.
• Oversee capital planning, liquidity, banking relationships, and FX exposure management.
• Build a scalable, AI-native finance function by implementing automation and integrating AI-enabled workflows.
• Ensure audit readiness, statutory compliance, and consistent application of accounting policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto or Montreal.
• Expectation of working from the office 1 day per week.
• Extensive experience in enterprise FP&A, financial model architecture, and capital structure management.
• Proven track record in global accounting, multi-jurisdictional reporting, and M&A integration.
• Strong leadership skills in building and managing scalable finance teams and operating models.
• Experience with finance systems, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tooling.
