Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA), with occasional requirements to work in person in Arlington, VA or at customer facilities.
Salary: $162,800 – $303,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the Air Power business portfolio to expand the company's position in the Air Force market space.
- Strengthen client engagements and represent the brand at industry forums, events, and symposiums.
- Track Air Force requirements and provide market intelligence on strategy and budgeting.
- Provide executive leadership to managers supporting Aerospace, Global Defense, and National Security agendas.
- Oversee overall business operations, growth strategy, and technical delivery across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading Air Force operational missions, R&D, acquisition, or test functions.
- 5+ years of executive leadership overseeing Aviation systems or services programs.
- Experience with AI, Electronic Warfare, Hypersonics, Digital Engineering, and Advanced Data Analytics.
- Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Established professional relationships in the Washington Metro Area.
- Experience with HQ Air Force, Major Commands, and Combatant Commands.
