Senior Counsel (Insurance Defense)

Location: Must be licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. Role offers remote, hybrid, or onsite flexibility.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies.
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and future clients.
• Collaborate with team members across all levels of experience.
• Manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA approved school.
• Active bar license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including trial preparation and discovery.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes insurance defense matters.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
