What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, high-coverage software testing for ADAS/AV platforms.
• Build and maintain HIL, SIL, and VIL testing environments.
• Analyze diagnostics from a full-vehicle perspective to support triaging and debugging.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards including ISO 26262, SOTIF, and FMVSS.
• Create test automation frameworks and execute scripts to enhance validation efficiency.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to root-cause issues within Linux/QNX environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of professional technical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Verification and Validation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, CAPL, Vehicle Spy, and Robot Framework.
• Understanding of vehicle networks (CAN, Ethernet) and debugging tools (Wireshark, CANoe).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate test vehicles.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with QNX or Linux-based embedded systems.
• Knowledge of ROS, RTOS, and automotive protocols (DDS, SOME/IP).
• Experience with Unified Diagnostic Services (ISO 14229).
