What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and production launch of manufacturing systems and tools.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Product Engineering, PPO, and Manufacturing organizations.
• Oversee process development, equipment installation, debug, runoff, and validation activities.
• Establish group objectives and provide technical and program management assistance.
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
• Track and report program status using agile frameworks and leadership reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight years of experience in a Systems, Manufacturing, or Implementation Engineering role.
• Eight years of experience in Project Management and Program Execution.
• Strong technical knowledge of Process Engineering, GD&T, and Part Print Reading.
• Proficiency in Qualification, PPAP, Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Proven experience in Throughput Improvement Processes.
