What you will do

• Manage the supplier master data database.
• Process vendor invoices and resolve related discrepancies.
• Prepare payment proposals and perform accounts payable reconciliations.
• Execute month-end closing activities in collaboration with General Ledger and Local Finance teams.
• Provide financial analytics and support audit operations.
• Ensure compliance with Italian accounting legislation and tax laws.

Requirements

• Economic background (academic degree or high-school diploma).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or finance role.
• Fluent Italian and English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
