What you will do

• Process third-party invoices, manage VAT treatment, and submit quarterly LIPE and monthly Intrastat reports.
• Handle payroll entries and perform monthly reconciliation of related GL accounts.
• Record bank transactions and perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets, ensuring correct accounting and depreciation treatment.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support quarterly internal and external audit activities.
• Support the preparation of yearly financial statements and maintain accounting documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or a Degree in Economics.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in an accounting role.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Milan, Paris, or Bucharest.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft, HFM, or other accounting systems.
• Knowledge of consolidated financial statements and IFRS Principles.
