What you will do

• Support accounting activities for Italian operations ensuring accurate financial reporting according to local and group standards.
• Review and analyze financial information, making necessary corrections and adjustments.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closings.
• Manage intercompany transactions and ensure reconciliation between entities.
• Improve and document financial procedures and automate repetitive tasks.
• Support internal audits and annual tax filings to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting (e.g., MSc in Finance, CCA).
• 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant, ideally within an international organization or Big Four audit.
• Fluency in English (C1) is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Oracle.
• Experience with year-end closing, VAT, and tax reporting.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
