What you will do

• Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Support financial audits by preparing and providing required documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Turin, Italy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
