What you will do

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, intercompany, banks, and fixed assets.
• Manage monthly and year-end closings and prepare statutory financial statements in collaboration with tax consultants.
• Drive OPEX and CAPEX budgeting and quarterly forecasts, including HR and personnel cost planning.
• Manage monthly and quarterly group reporting, uploading and validating data into Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Oversee documentation for video game tax credits and collaborate on grant applications with national institutions.
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants for statutory audits and tax matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Consolidated experience in accounting and cost control, ideally within the gaming, tech, or media industry.
• Fluent English.
• Solid knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle PeopleSoft preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with group reporting tools like HFM.
• Knowledge of French.
• Familiarity with IFRS.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and cash pooling.
