SAP Lead Automation Test Engineer (SAP)

Location: Hybrid (UK). Must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC), which requires a minimum of five consecutive years of residency in the UK.

What you will do

• Design and implement effective automation test strategies and plans for SAP applications and integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA using tools like Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or Worksoft Certify.
• Manage a team of automation engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
• Integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM/Quality Center, or qTest.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expertise in SAP test automation during SIT and UAT phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading SAP E2E Automation testing for both internal SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, HR).
• Expertise in automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Worksoft Certify, UFT, or TestComplete.
• Security Clearance (SC) eligibility: Minimum 5 consecutive years of residency in the UK.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using GIT.
• ISTQB/ISEB certification (Foundation level or above) or willingness to obtain one.
