What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of automated test frameworks for complex, safety-critical software.
• Define and implement test automation strategies for high-quality software delivery.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support modern DevSecOps practices.
• Act as the technical authority for test architecture, tooling, and quality engineering practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers, testers, Product Owners, and architects to build scalable and testable solutions.
• Mentor SDETs and test engineers, investigate complex quality issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an SDET, Software Developer in Test, or Test Automation Engineer, including ownership of automation frameworks.
• Strong experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and applying modern DevSecOps practices.
• Experience defining quality engineering strategies in regulated or safety-critical environments.
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Cypress, Selenium, or similar automation technologies.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and maintainable software delivery.
