What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer program accounts, leading meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Coordinate program-level communication to align customer expectations with project execution across departments.
- Drive customer retention and account growth campaigns using HubSpot CRM, including tracking engagement and decision-makers.
- Monitor program health, timelines, deliverables, and customer commitments; support installation planning and operational coordination.
- Lead lessons learned reviews and manage customer improvement actions, including tracking NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, milestones, conferences, facility visits, and relationship-building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, customer success, account management, project management, or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or other technical environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer accounts with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead customer-facing presentations and strategic discussions.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot (preferred).
- Ability and willingness to travel 25–50% as business needs require.
