What you will do

  • Own the validation lifecycle, including running kickoffs and defining mutual success criteria and action plans.
  • Drive rapid time-to-value by onboarding, activating, and guiding users toward their stated goals.
  • Proactively monitor adoption and engagement signals to identify and recover at-risk pilots.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build business cases and convert validations into paid contracts.
  • Synthesize customer feedback into prioritized themes for the Product and GTM teams.
  • Document successful strategies to build a scalable playbook for validation conversions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes against strict deadlines.
  • Strong project management instincts to handle multiple concurrent validations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior executive stakeholders.
  • Commercial fluency and confidence in managing the conversion process.
  • Data literacy for prioritizing work based on product usage and engagement metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically with trials, validations (pilots), or Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Familiarity with CS/CRM tooling such as Asana, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight.
  • Domain knowledge in Dental or DSO operations.
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups.
