What you will do

• Develop, construct, and alter fixtures, gauges, and automated machines using precision Tool Room operations.
• Operate and program CNC equipment to fabricate components according to blueprints and models.
• Use design tools like Solidworks and E-drawings to complete machining and build tasks.
• Analyze blueprints and sketches to assemble complex tools and machines.
• Solve technical problems related to unusual materials and fabrication methods.
• Provide guidance and instruction to help develop other team members.

Requirements

• Must have a U.S. Department of Labor Journeyman's card and have completed an apprenticeship program.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and experience with precision hand tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Holland, MI, with flexibility to change schedules for emergency breakdowns.
• Ability to obtain licensing for special equipment such as hilo or personal carts.
