What you will do
- Define and manage the overall integration plan, aligning business, regulatory, and technology workstreams.
- Lead the execution of multiple integration workstreams, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee programme governance, risk management, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, risk, compliance, product, and technology to ensure a joined-up transition.
- Facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and steering committees to maintain alignment and pace.
- Support change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading complex business integration, transformation, or regulated change programmes.
- Strong background in integrated planning, dependency management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Experience operating within a regulated environment.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, vendors, and delivery trade-offs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Recognised programme or project management qualification such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or APM PMQ.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, credit, fraud, or other regulated data environments.
